Jennifer LaFleur teaches data journalism at UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism. She previously was senior editor for the Center for Public Integrity, where she continues as a contributing editor. LaFleur previously was a senior editor for Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting, where she managed an award-winning team of data journalists, investigative reporters and fellows. She has held similar roles at The Dallas Morning News and other newspapers. She is a former training director for Investigative Reporters and Editors and previously served on IRE’s Board of Directors. She is on the advisory board for the National Center for Disability and Journalism.
