The deadline to apply for regular grants is Jan. 29 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. These grants are for up to $10,000 to cover the expenses of investigations on any topic in any medium. The deadline to apply for seed grants is Feb. 16 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. These grants are for up to $2,500 to cover the expenses of early reporting that can help flesh out investigations and yield initial findings that can help journalists apply for full grants from the Fund and other sources.
